Christina has been with the salon for a number of years, here’s what she had to say about her time with us so far!

How long have you been part of the Simon Paul Hair team?

I joined the team at Simon Paul in 2008 after relocating to Solihull from London. I started my career as a Saturday assistant at a salon in London and was lucky enough to have been offered an apprenticeship straight from school.

Which attributes do you feel your clients value most?

I love my job, and enjoy the variety that each day brings. I think this is reflected in my work and it’s great when you make somebody feel wonderful about themselves.

What do you enjoy most about your day?

We have a great team here and we all help and support each other, so I like to see new talent working with experienced stylists – it’s a great mix

What are your goals for the future?

I enjoy all aspects of hairdressing, however, I find men’s hair is one of my strongest areas so I’d like to see this element of the business develop further in the future.

Ed, the barber within Simon Paul, never fails to deliver a great, tidy haircut and wet shave. He has also recommended different styles over the past couple of years, mixing up my haircuts a little. Always leave happy, and full of coffee!

I had my hair cut and blow dried by the lovely Brogan. She took time to explain what she was doing and made me feel at ease. She also gave great aftercare advice. My hair was finished with a blow dry with curls, which is still in place over 24 hours later. I have very long thick hair, so this is a miracle!!!

Had the best time ever with Christina yday, not only is so talented, bright and funny. She’s patient and amazing with hair. Truly love my new hair and can’t wait to go back.
