What is Colouring? Is it right for me?

The term ‘colour’ or ‘colouring’ is the process of altering the overall appearance of the hair colour. What may appear to be a daunting approach is actually more straightforward with the correct direction from an experienced stylist – here’s everything you need to know about this service.

What is it?

Colouring is the process of applying colour to the hair. This gives you the opportunity to go as bold as you’d like to be, or to make a subtle change to your hair colour to retain a more natural look. Colouring is also commonly used to give an extra depth of colour to existing hair, or to revitalise your naturally changing hair colour.

Is it right for me?

Choosing a suitable colour for your hair is an exact science – many factors are included in the process, with much to take into consideration. There are many factors to consider, and our team are happy to advise and help you make the right decision. We will discuss how long you expect to keep your colour, the level of coverage to be applied and also which level of maintenance you are prepared to commit to.

Our team are highly trained – the best results are only achieved by having a consultation with one of our stylists. We help navigate through all of these choices to create a stunning result!

For a free consultation with a stylist, please arrange a visit to Simon Paul Hair, and our team will be able to advise on the most suitable options for your hair type. All new technical clients require an allergy test 48 hours prior to appointment.
